Manage Service Charges Slabs
✅ Purpose
The Manage Service Charges Slabs module allows administrators to define and manage tiered service charge structures for money transfer transactions. This system supports slab-based pricing, where different charges apply based on:
- The countries involved in the transaction
- Delivery methods (like wallet or bank deposit)
- The company that pays out the funds
- The transaction amount range (e.g., £500–£700)
This allows for:
- 📊 Flexible and customized pricing models per remittance corridor
- 🔄 Adjustments based on how funds are delivered or received
- 🎯 Precision control over fees depending on transaction amounts
🎛️ Filtering Criteria
At the top of the module, administrators can use dropdown filters to quickly find relevant charge slabs.
Filter Options:
- Sending Country – The country where the transaction is initiated
- Receiving Country – The country where the money is delivered
- Service Charges Category – A grouping label for related pricing slabs (e.g., Category A)
- Payout Company – The entity responsible for delivering the funds
- Delivery Method – Such as Bank, Wallet, or Card
- Payment Method – Such as OnlineBank, Cash, etc.
These filters help narrow down the list of slabs for easier review and updates.

Form Fields Explained

| Sending Country | Required – Select the origin country |
| Receiving Country | Required – Select the destination country |
| Service Charges Category | Required – Assign a logical pricing group (e.g., Category A) |
| Payout Company | Optional – Choose a specific payout company or leave empty to apply to all |
| Delivery Method | Optional – Filter by delivery method (e.g., Bank, Wallet, Card) |
| Payment Method | Optional – Filter by payment method (e.g., OnlineBank, Cash) |
| Amount (From / To) | Required – Define the range of transaction amounts this slab applies to |
| Charges | Required – Choose between: |
| Charge Type | Flat: Fixed amount (e.g., £5.00), Percentage: Charge based on value (e.g., 2.5%) transaction |
| Status | Required – Set the slab as Active or Inactive |
